How do I get started?
The first step is booking a free trial class. From there, we’ll help you determine the best program for your goals and guide you through your first workouts so you feel confident and supported from day one.
What Memberships Do You Offer?
We offer monthly and punch card package options for you to choose from. Just fill out the PRICING form on our main menu and we’ll send you more information. We also offer discounts for military, students, and first responders. If you qualify for a discount, please contact us and we’ll apply it to your membership. A Drop-In Class is $20.00.
What amenities do you offer?
- Experienced coaching in a small class setting so your technique isn’t lost in the crowd. - Top of the line programming that gets results. - Seamless class registration, check-ins, and workout tracking through our app. - The best equipment money can buy including the only 15-foot rig in Western, NY. - Access to our state of the art facility and free parking. - Other amenities include a bathroom, changing room, free WIFI, water fountain, free parking, and our merch shop!
What are your hours of operation?
Our class schedule is designed for flexibility, including weekend classes. Please check the online schedule or contact us for the most up-to-date hours.
How do I reserve a class or manage my membership?
You can reserve classes and manage your membership through our members-only app or by contacting us directly for assistance.
I’m new to fitness — can I still join?
Absolutely. Our Foundation program is designed specifically for beginners or anyone getting back into a routine. We’ll meet you where you are, teach you proper movement, and build your confidence step by step.
Do you offer drop-ins for visitors?
Yes, we welcome drop-ins for visiting CrossFitters and locals who want to try a class. Please sign up via our website or contact us in advance to reserve your spot.
What Do I Need To Bring To Class?
Just yourself! And a pair of sneakers. Make sure to wear comfortable gym clothing you can move freely in and a water bottle to stay hydrated. We provide all other equipment and machines. But as you become more experienced, feel free to purchase some of your own CrossFit accessories like jump ropes and grips.
Is there a community or social aspect at CrossFit Redeemed?
Absolutely. We frequently host events, challenges, and socials to strengthen our supportive community and build lasting relationships among members.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Classes: All registrations and cancellations close 30 minutes before class begins. Any no shows without prior notification will not be able to use that class for another time. Memberships: Monthly packages have the freedom to be paused or canceled at any time at no additional cost. Class punchcards will expire as follows: 5 classes – 2 months 10 classes – 4 months 20 classes – 6 months We understand that fitness looks different for everyone and life happens. We’re here to support our members with whatever they need.
