Foundation is the ideal starting point for anyone new to CrossFit or structured exercise. This entry-level program introduces essential movement patterns, basic strength training, and the core principles of fitness. Caring coaches meet you where you are, build your confidence, and ensure a safe, effective transition into our broader class offerings.
How It Works
Classes center around skill acquisition, mobility work, and scalable workouts focused on individual pace. Expect hands-on instruction, ongoing feedback, and a gentle progression. By the end of Foundation, you’ll have the competence and confidence to step into any of our classes. This is fitness with no intimidation—just results.
